1.Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at kamavijewelry@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with the original packaging intact.

2.Custom and Personalized Orders:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders as these are specially crafted to your specifications.

3.Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning items.

4.Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3day.

5.Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

6.Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7.Cancellations:
